Montage of various conservation processes

Bolton Museum is fortunate to have a conservator to care for the Museum's objects. The conservator does not carry out practical work on any objects other than those belonging to the museum..

However the conservator is happy to look at objects brought in by the public and offer advice on their care. If conservation treatment is required the conservator will then direct the owner to the list of commercial conservators.
