Connecting With Collections
This is an exciting initiative that explores the potential of using museum and gallery collections learning tools for schools. Children and young people are introduced to a wide range of objects by curators and then given the opportunity to work with a number of creative professionals.
Artists, musicians, dancers, writers and drama practitioners use a range of approaches and learning styles to encourage the children to develop their thoughts and express their ideas, based on the exhibits they have seen.

Help to bring your lessons to life! Every teacher in Bolton has the opportunity to borrow museum artefacts and replica
items for use in the classroom.
