Westhoughton Primary School

Year 6 pupils at Westhoughton Primary School worked with artist Graham Marsden creating dens and habitats as part of an exciting cross-curricular project which focussed on Bolton Museum’s Natural History collection.

The Valley Community Primary School

Year 5 pupils at The Valley Community Primary School created shadow puppets with artist Jean Compton as part of an exciting literacy project which used Bolton’s Aquarium as a starting point.

Johnson Fold Primary School

Year 3 pupils at Johnson Fold Primary School, Westhoughton, explored the Museum’s Egyptology collection in this four session cross-curricular project, which focussed on literacy, history, art and PHSE.
