Bolton botany curator becomes animated

After Patricia Francis' successful contribution to a local schools Rolls-Royce prize winning science project, the botany curator will be depicted as a cartoon character for an educational online game.


Botany curator Patricia Francis as a cartoon character for a new online gameIn June, Curator of Botany Patricia Francis celebrated winning the prestigious Rolls-Royce Science Prize with staff from St Stephen & All Martyrs' School in Bolton.

Rolls-Royce have commissioned designers Moving Media Marketing Ltd. to design the game. This will be based around the school childrens' project and feature a cartoon version of Patricia.

The game will be made available to teachers on the Rolls-Royce Science Prize website from mid October 2007.

There will be more details available when the game is launched.
